Since its foundation in June of 1959, Lehigh Valley Pediatrics has been serving the community. We specialize in all aspects of general and preventative care of infants, toddlers and adolescents as well as children with special and chronic needs. Our practice is comprised of a dedicated group of certified Pediatric specialists with a proven history of caring for the children of the Lehigh Valley area. Oscar A. Morffi, MD, FAAP

Oscar Morffi, MD, FAAP

Oscar Morffi is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Since 1987 he has been practicing General Pediatrics in the Lehigh Valley. He was born in Cuba and is bilingual speaking English and Spanish. His interests include involvement in the Medical Society, Allentown Health Bureau and traveling. He is married with two grown children and two grandchildren.


Richard J. Morse, MD, FAAP

Richard Morse, MD, FAAP

Richard Morse is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been practicing General Pediatrics since 1989 and has been with Lehigh Valley Pediatrics since 1994. He grew up in the Lehigh Valley and is married with two grown children and one grandchild. His interests include reading, bike riding and volunteering in the community.


Rajender S. Totlani, MD, FAAP

Rajender Totlani is a staff physician at Lehigh Valley Pediatrics, with a quarter century of experience dealing with newborn to college age patients, is dedicated to his unique compassionate patient care. He specializes in all aspects of general and preventative care, as well as assorted diseases, adhering to the standards of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His areas of special interests include newborn care, developmental and behavioral problems, travel medicine and infectious diseases. Having practiced in a number of European hospitals, Dr. Totlani completed his pediatric residency at Hahnemann University and is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is married with 2 children.


Alfred M. Morrobel, MD.

Alfred “Al” Morrobel graduated from the accelerated bachelor’s/doctorate program at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic.  He completed his Pediatric Residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in 2021.  Al was born and raised in New York City and is bilingual in English and Spanish.  Outside of the medical field, his interests are baseball, fantasy football, basketball, chess and personal development leisure reading.

 


Amy Francis, PA-C

Amy Francis graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences and continued on to DeSales University to earn a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.  Amy completed a portion of her practical training here, at Lehigh Valley Pediatrics, and was excited to establish her career with us in pediatrics. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, painting, baking and exploring the Lehigh Valley area.


Sarah Petruno, PA-C

Sarah Petruno, PAC

Sarah Petruno graduated from King’s College, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Studies and continued at King’s to earn a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Sarah chose to work in pediatrics after graduating and has worked in the field ever since. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. Sarah is married and has a daughter and son.
